So I am googling for myself today, to determine if a certain spammer\/harasser (not the guy from Bend Broadband ROFL) could have gotten my email address(s) that simply.<\/p>\n
It turns out that there’s a lot of information on me some of which dates clear back to 1970!<\/p>\n
But the find that really irritated me was this one “Alumni High School Reunion La Grande, Oregon.’<\/p>\n
I did not sign up for this site, I will not sign up for this site,\u00a0 and I did not–to the best of my knowledge–give La Grande Senior High my permission to put even my name on this site much less any other information.<\/p>\n
I don’t recall that I’ve ever even had any communication with La Grande Senior High since I graduated in 1978.<\/p>\n
If I were interested in being on an alumni site don’t you think I might have made some effort over the years to attend my class reunions?<\/p>\n
How many reunions have I actually attended? ZERO.\u00a0 And I graduated from high school 32 years ago so there have probably been 6 reunions of my class, I haven’t heard about any of them.<\/p>\n
