Apparently I am so out of it that I missed an interview AND a job offer!
I want to thank you for coming to interview with FedEx Office for the Customer Service Associate position. We had a number of excellent applicants including you, which made our choice a difficult one. I am, however, sorry to advise you that we will have to rescind the job offer as you did not meet the minimum screening qualifications.
Please accept our well wishes in your future and we sincerely hope that if we have a position in the future and you are again interested, we can reconnect.
Again, thank you for you interest in working for FedEx Office and best of luck to you.
This leaves me shaking my head in disbelief.
I applied for this position on March 19, 2011–I was not interviewed for the position nor was a job offer ever in the offing.
The last time I applied for a position before the March application with Fed Ex/Kinko’s was in February 2010–over a year ago. I was not interviewed for that position either nor was I ever offered a position.
I realize that this is a form letter but I am so not impressed that the writer is so unprofessional that they send the wrong form letter.
